Partner Organizations Overview
The OAH is pleased to announce a new initiative and invites history organizations and departments to Partner with us.
When you become a Partner with the OAH, you align your organization's voice with that of a vibrant, diversified, and growing group of history professionals to advocate for the support of history, history education, and all history practitioners. We invite you to join us as we work to ensure the equitable treatment of historians, show how history can shape political debates, and help make new scholarship widely available.
The OAH's Partnership program is our latest project designed to strengthen our long-standing support of those who research, teach, and practice in the field of U.S. history. As one of our Partners, we will help you keep abreast of the latest trends in scholarship and news about and for the profession. At the same time, your organization will receive greater exposure through a listing on the Partner page of our website as well as recognition in our Annual Meeting Program and Annual Report.
Organizations Receive the Following as OAH Partners:
Discounts
• 20% discount on Career Center listings—a $50 savings off the single, 30-day listing price; 15% discount on print and web advertising (excluding the Journal of American History)
• 10% discount on membership mailing list rentals (excluding Annual Meeting attendee mailing lists)
• Member pricing on Annual Meeting registrations for up to 5 staff or faculty members (a savings of up to $350)
• Ability to purchase discounted individual OAH memberships for students and recent graduates who are not yet working full time
• Discount panel display space (a savings of $100) at the Annual Meeting for the duration of the Exhibit Hall.

• One print copy of each of the following publications:
1. The Journal of American History
2. The American Historian
3. Annual Meeting Program
• Update, the OAH's electronic newsletter (sent to institutional contact)
• Acknowledgment in both the Annual Meeting Program and Annual Report
• An entry on the OAH website, which receives, on average, 12,000 visitors each month; this entry includes a link to your organization or departmental website along with a brief description and logo

Important Information
The yearly fee for Partner organizations is $350. Enroll your organization today using this form.
Please note that becoming an Organizational Partner with the OAH does not provide your staff or faculty members with individual membership. Nor does it provide online access to any of the individual OAH member benefits. Memberships for your staff or faculty can be purchased separately, with individual memberships starting at $60.00 per year. Libraries are not eligible to become Partner Organizations. Institutional subscriptions may be purchased through our publisher, Oxford University Press.
